My name is Tre Davis, owner and lead photographer at The Davis Works. We’re known for capturing candid, genuine moments with skill and care for clients across the DFW area. Candid, documentary-style photography for business events, corporate headshots, conferences, and similar professional needs.


Where do you work?

We are based in Aubrey, Texas and serve the Dallas–Fort Worth area.


Who is on set?

A solo photographer leads every assignment. A vetted second shooter can be added when coverage or scale requires it.


What is your working style on event days?

We stay unobtrusive, focus on authentic moments, and coordinate key shots with your team so leadership, sponsors, and priority moments are covered.


What packages do you offer?

Standard packages and pricing are outlined in our pricing document. We will help you choose the right option for your event or team size.


What are your deposit, cancellation, and turnaround policies?

All booking, payment, cancellation, and delivery timelines are detailed in the pricing document.


How are images delivered?

You receive a secure online gallery with organized collections for easy review, download, and sharing.


Do you offer consultations?

Yes. We offer a brief planning call before booking to align on scope, timing, and priorities.


How far in advance should we book?

As early as possible. Limited last-minute bookings may be available on a case-by-case basis.


Can you help with planning and preparation?

Yes. We provide location guidance and wardrobe suggestions for professional headshots or scheduled video interviews to ensure a polished, on-brand look.


Do you provide a second shooter?

Yes, when needed. We will recommend it for larger events, multiple concurrent breakouts, or when simultaneous coverage is required.


What usage rights are included?

Once paid in full, you may use the delivered photos freely for your company’s marketing, website, social media, press, and internal communications.


Do we need to credit The Davis Works when publishing?

Credit is appreciated but not required. If your organization prefers to include credit, please use “Photo: The Davis Works.”


How do we get started?

Contact us to check availability and request the pricing document. After our consultation, we will send a proposal and agreement for e-signature.
